Project Currently Live M&S: MVHR systems have been installed to serve the general room ventilation, supplying air to 26 fan coil units. The project also includes two toilet extract systems, incorporating a large number of air grilles throughout the building. First fix installation has been successfully completed across the main office areas. Works are currently ongoing within the plant area, where ductwork installation is progressing in preparation for the ceiling installation and subsequent second fix works. Kallum has recently been promoted to a fitter and has really stepped up by taking this job on.
Project Currently Live The Bench: The bench is one of our larger projects that has been ongoing for the past 6 months. A huge concrete new build in the heart of Dover towering 4 stories high has hundreds of meters with of ductwork intertwined throughout its structure. AHUs have been sited on the roof and risers are being connected as we speak. Fire dampers both motorised and standard have been installed throughout the project.
August Case Study Precision Proco: We installed eight evaporative coolers and four extract fans to improve the airflow within the factory. The works included cutting roof penetrations and fitting new roof sheets to ensure a watertight finish.Using scissor lifts, we suspended the ductwork beneath the roof to deliver cooled air to a lower level, helping reduce temperatures across the production space.
June 2025 Case Study Dover Discovery Centre: We supplied and installed ductwork to support three air handling units, multiple fan coil units, and stand alone MVHR systems. The works included both rectangular and spiral duct routes along with motorised and standard fire dampers. A range of grilles and diffusers were fitted throughout the building as part of the extensive project.
June 2025 Case Study Megger Canteen: We recently completed the full ductwork fit-out of the Megger Canteen. The project included the installation of an MVHR system supported by many fan coil units to deliver heating and cooling. Custom linear grilles were integrated into the bulkhead to ensure a constant supply of fresh air.
